Sylvia Craig, Client Service Administrator

Sylvia has been part of the Viewpoint Financial Advisors staff since 1996. Prior to joining Viewpoint, she worked for Trans-World Bank as an operations officer. As Client Service Administrator, Sylvia interacts directly with the firm’s clients. Her responsibilities include operational and administrative support to enhance the client experience and support the work of the financial advisors in serving clients.
Over her 20 year tenure with the firm, Sylvia has proven to be an invaluable member of the team wearing many hats. She has headed up special projects, helped transition the firm to a “paperless office,” and maintained our portfolio management software.
Sylvia loves working in her yard and making her home look beautiful. Most of her free time is enjoyed with family and attending her grandson’s sporting events.
