I manage the firm’s marketing initiatives, including contacting clients and creating events for the firm that aim to increase financial awareness—for example, about financial security for seniors and social security strategies—We also play golf, have breakfast, or do some wine tasting.
My work here since 2012, as well as my college coursework in human services, sociology, and gerontology, has helped me understand human behavior and the priorities of different generations, especially in terms of how understanding one’s finances makes it easier to see the path to attaining one’s goals.
I volunteer at KQED and Center for the Book, a nonprofit organization that teaches old-style printing and bookmaking, which has expanded my background in graphic arts. I love to cook for friends and family, run, ski when possible, and I’m a voracious reader of all forms of media.
